## About the role

Arzana recently closed a seed round, and we’re growing very quickly. We’re looking for scrappy engineers that thrive in a fast moving, high-ownership role. As a Member of Technical Staff, you will work directly with the founders and our customers to build, test, and integrate custom agents into our customers’ systems. You will own entire customer buildouts and be held accountable for the timely successful deployment of them.

## What they're looking for

- Experience taking an agent product or agent workflow from zero to production, whether as a personal project or in a company setting
- • Strong builder instincts and a high degree of ownership and autonomy. We’re a team of hackers with a “if you can think it you can build it” mentality
- • Excitement for talking with users and quickly turning their comments into fixes ahead of the next call
- • Comfort operating across the stack, from frontend usability to agent/model training, backend architecture, and integrations
- • Strong product sense and the ability to make good decisions with incomplete information, and know when you don’t have enough information and what questions to ask
- • Experience taking a large, messy dataset and experimenting with different modeling techniques (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt-engineering, or even old-school ML) to determine the right features to fit on to predict critical output values
