## About the role

We are looking for a General Manager to own the strategy, product direction, operating model, and business outcomes for Command , Asana’s dedicated product for software development teams. Leading across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, User Research, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will align team priorities to transform technical work orchestration into a scalable enterprise business.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- Experience as a GM, product executive, founder, or equivalent leader with clear ownership of a product line or business
- Deep familiarity with software development workflows, including planning, issue or ticket management, source control, code review, CI/CD, release management, or engineering operations
- Experience building products for both individual practitioners and enterprise buyers
- Experience taking a product from early product-market fit toward repeatable enterprise growth
- Experience applying AI to real customer workflows, particularly where durable context, collaboration, governance, and accountability matter
