Asana is building the platform for human and agent collaboration in the enterprise. With the launch of Agentic Work Management (AWM), AI is now a foundational part of the platform, and this shift brings a new class of problems. Customers need to trust agentic work, govern it, and see a return on it before they will scale it. Many of the opportunities that matter most for customers sit between our suite of AI products, rather than inside any particular one, which is where you come in.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- Senior IC product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of shipping complex products end-to-end
- Hands-on experience building or shipping an AI-first product, with working fluency in model deployment and hosting, inference hosting choices, evals and quality measurement, fine-tuning, and data privacy trade-offs
- A platform instinct to identify capabilities built once that serve several products over point solutions
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, greenfield problems, and leading open-ended outcomes
- Strong prioritization and sequencing instincts to evaluate multiple directions and decisively invest in high-impact initiatives
