## About the role

This role can be based in our New York or San Francisco offices with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. ## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience working as a technical contributor in large-scale products
- 2+ years of experience at owning a build system, developer environment, CI or equivalent at an organization of 200+ engineers
- Experience making and delegating technical decisions that have org-wide impact
- Developed a fluency in current AI developer tooling and have strong enough opinions to collaborate with teams and set direction
- Passionate about coaching and mentoring engineers of all experience levels
- Deep care for collaboration and an ability to foster an inclusive culture where everyone can bring their full selves to work and thrive
