As Head of Strategic Alliances & Marketplaces, you'll define our partnership strategy—from identifying and negotiating high-impact relationships to ensuring they translate into measurable pipeline and revenue.

## What they're looking for

- Product or engineering background: former PM, engineer, or technical founder strongly preferred
- MBA from a top-tier program preferred
- Track record structuring and closing complex strategic partnerships or tech alliances, and driving adoption after signature
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution level in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
- Strong technical fluency, able to hold your own in conversations with partner engineering and product teams
- Executive-level negotiation experience
