## About the role

We're looking for a founding growth & content hire to help take Aspect from early traction into a category-defining company.

## What they're looking for

- A strong eye for content: you know what makes something worth watching, and you can turn a product into stories people actually engage with
- Comfortable on both sides of the camera: recording, hosting, and doing lightweight editing (CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve), with the taste to make it look good
- Experience taking a product, brand, or channel from 0 → 1, ideally at an early-stage startup or high-growth company
- Highly experimental and self-directed: You move fast, take real ownership, and figure things out in ambiguity
- Strong instincts for distribution: social, creators, community, events, and whatever new channel works next
- Fluent in modern content and growth tooling, with a bias toward using AI and automation to do more with less
