## About the role

This role leads a defined portion of Revenue Operations with wide latitude over priorities for critical post-sale initiatives. It partners with leadership to shape the operating model, define scalable processes, improve handoffs, strengthen data integrity, and support growth across products, service models, and customer lifecycle motions.

## What they're looking for

- Lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of post-sale operational workflows from Implementation through renewals
- Partner with C4L and Revenue Operations leadership to define functional priorities, OKRs, operating principles, and long-term process direction for post-sale operations
- Identify process debt, ownership gaps, data risks, manual work, and scalability constraints affecting post-sale execution
- Translate business problems into process, reporting, automation, system, or ownership changes
- Manage and improve post-sales operational workflows, including Implementation, orders, subscriptions, renewals, upsells, Work Orders, service completion, billing readiness, and customer lifecycle changes
- Establish controls that improve data integrity, handoff accuracy, workflow visibility, exception management, and downstream reliability
