## What they're looking for

- 2–3 years of experience, ideally in MBB or top-tier professional services, or a comparably demanding operating role
- Engineering or technical degree from a top-tier, highly selective program
- Fluent and efficient with LLMs and AI agents — you use them daily to build, automate, and analyze, deep coding expertise is not required
- Experience running or supporting executive-level business reviews across strategic, enterprise, and mid-market accounts
- Cross-functional range — comfortable working with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation in the same day
- Rigorous, detail-obsessed, and clear in writing, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
