## About the role

We're hiring a Business Value Specialist to own and scale how Assort quantifies and communicates customer value across the entire customer journey. You'll partner with our largest prospective and existing customers, including health systems and leading provider groups, to build compelling ROI analyses and business cases that hold from the first conversation through renewal. You'll also build the methodology, tools, and enablement that champion a value-first culture across our go-to-market teams.

## What they're looking for

- 6–10 years in management consulting, value engineering, or strategic finance, you build defensible models yourself
- Healthcare expertise: you understand healthcare economics and the national benchmarks that matter
- Executive presence: comfortable presenting and defending quantitative analyses with health system and PE-backed executives
- You've built a program from scratch (methodology, process, training) and gotten a field team to adopt it
- Structured thinker with exceptional communication skills and a high degree of agency
- You use AI aggressively in your daily work, as a real force multiplier on how much you can ship
