Agent Product Management is the fastest growing team at Assort. Agent Product Managers (APMs) design, launch, and tune our AI agents inside real customer practices, and Agent Strategy Managers (ASMs) own strategic, long-term customer relationships. ## What they're looking for

- 8 to 10 years across consulting, investment banking, or tech (ideally MBB, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Google, Amazon, or Meta), plus experience at a fast-growing tech company or startup
- Operator experience, such as founding a company, running operations, or holding GM or P&L responsibility. We weigh this heavily because the role is closer to running a business than managing a product
