- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in an engineering manager role
- A track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-moving environments
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale production-grade infrastructure or platform systems
- Experience with distributed systems, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, observability, or SRE practices
- Strong systems-thinking: you balance reliability, performance, cost, and developer experience under uncertainty
- Experience with Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, Grafana/Prometheus, data infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code
