## About the role

We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Manager, Demand Generation to help build and run Assort's demand engine. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role: you'll execute and optimize multi-channel programs, bring data-driven rigor to everything you touch, and partner closely with Marketing leadership to translate Assort's mission and product differentiation into pipeline. - 4-6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS environments (healthcare technology experience is a big plus)
- Hands-on experience executing and running campaigns day-to-day

- A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue by generating qualified leads for SDRs through highly targeted campaigns
- Experience supporting effective sales enablement processes to maximize the reach and impact of demand generation campaigns
