- Strong product design experience, including meaningful work on design systems, platform experiences, or shared product foundations
- Exceptional attention to craft , with strong interaction and visual design skills
- A systems thinker who can turn complexity into clear, scalable solutions
- Experience working deeply with Engineering and enough technical fluency to understand how design systems become real, scalable product infrastructure
- Ability to partner across Brand and Product , connecting expressive brand thinking with functional needs
- A natural leader who can create clarity, alignment, and momentum without needing a lot of structure
