## About the role

This is a senior clinical leadership role. As Lead GP / Associate Medical Director, you will deputise for the Medical Director in their absence and share responsibility for the safety and quality of our clinical service. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- At least 8 years' experience as a GP post-MRCGP
- Currently GMC-registered and in good standing
- Recent clinical experience in face-to-face general practice in the UK
- A previous leadership role, including line management of other GPs
- A strong background in quality improvement and audit across the full cycle: designing and undertaking data collection, collating and interpreting the data, and creating and implementing improvement plans
- Experience of CQC inspections
