This is the person who turns marketing ideas into flawlessly executed programs in Marketo and Salesforce. This is a high-impact role for someone early in their marketing ops career who wants to own real systems, ship constantly, and grow into a deep automation expert on a small, fast-moving team.

## What they're looking for

- 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or a similar B2B marketing role
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred)
- Working familiarity with Salesforce. Comfortable building campaigns, reporting, and an understanding of how leads and data flow between MAP and CRM
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of getting the mechanics right
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A data-driven, process-oriented mindset. You like measuring what you ship and improving it
