The ASUS Robotics & AI Center is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our global talent team. This role supports the ARAIC employer brand in the United States and helps drive qualified, engaged candidates into our hiring pipelines for both the Boston office and our Taipei headquarters.

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write credibly for technical audiences
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and measuring their results
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools
- Comfort with analytics and reporting, including translating pipeline data into recommendations
