## About the role

As a crucial part of the business process at ASUS, the Inside Sales team partners with internal teams and customers to ensure sales demands are fulfilled. The Senior Inside Sales professional generates reports, analyzes data, processes orders, monitors inventory, and provides timely support to customers and the Sales team. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, collaborate as a team player, and remain highly resourceful in getting the job done.

## What they're looking for

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use functions and analyze sales, inventory, and order data
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
