## About the role

The ASUS Robotics & AI Center is seeking a Technical Project Manag ement Engineer to join our global research and development team. This role owns the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs spanning UAVs and other robotics platforms, coordinating work across our Boston and Taipei offices and across hardware, software, research, and field testing.

## What they're looking for

- Strong working knowledge of project and program management practices, including Agile, stage gate, and hybrid approaches, with the judgment to apply the right one to the situation
- Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Sufficient technical fluency to follow engineering workflows, including source control, code review, and release processes, and to interpret engineering status independently
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs that combine hardware, software, and integration or field testing workstreams
- Ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority
- Comfort able operating across time zones and cultures, including with a Taiwan-based engineering organization
