## About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Administrator to manage and support our North America eCommerce platforms (US & Canada), primarily on Magento. This role ensures website performance, security, and stability, troubleshoots technical issues, and implements updates and improvements. The Web Administrator will also support eCommerce enhancement projects by gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking implementation.

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (required) for communication with Taiwan HQ and US teams
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams and external vendors for infrastructure, deployment, and website operations
