## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or a similarly technical GTM role
- Experience at a high-growth AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or cybersecurity company
- Strong software engineering background with the ability to build production-ready demos and contribute to open-source codebases
- Proven track record of creating technical content that drives developer adoption (blogs, talks, videos, workshops, or tutorials)
- Experience growing an open-source community or developer ecosystem
- Exceptional technical communication skills—you can explain complex systems to developers without oversimplifying
