## About the role

Atari has been a bright spot in the struggling games industry: quietly but quickly growing year-over-year. The Commercial team has played a critical part in making that possible. We are looking for someone to lead analysis on a large, complex, quickly growing dataset and help us make better commercial decisions every day. We use these to hire, evaluate performance, and make decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years in analytics, commercial strategy, or a related field
- A genuine passion for games
- High autonomy. You receive a problem, you figure out the approach, and you come back with a proposal. This role is remote and your manager will give you direction and context, not in-the-weeds supervision
- Startup pace and ownership. You’ve worked where priorities move weekly, process is thin, and you own outcomes end to end
- You verify before you ship. You treat “confident and well-formatted” as a reason for more scrutiny, not less, and you keep the reasoning written down
- Familiarity with AI tools and real opinions about where they fail. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to build and iterate upon AI-assisted workflows
