## About the role

Commure is building the AI-native operating system for healthcare, and our AI Orchestration team is at the center of that mission. We’re partnering with the largest community care organization in the world to completely reimagine how they run revenue cycle operations — from the moment a referral comes in to the moment a claim gets paid.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered systems or applying AI at scale in production
- Strong full-stack skills, comfortable across the stack including Python, FastAPI, AWS, Redis, and React
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into shipped systems
- Experience owning production systems on an on-call rotation
- A bias toward speed and ownership — you’d rather build and iterate than wait for perfect requirements
