## About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior People Business Partner to support Engineering, Product and Design. This role will partner closely with leaders to solve people and organizational challenges, strengthen manager effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions across the employee lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years in an similar role
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth, fast-paced, or mid size start up environment
- Experienced with HR tools, automation, and AI, with the ability to build self-service resources, automate repeatable work, and create practical solutions that help managers move faster and operate more independently
- Exceptional organizational and project planning skills, with the ability to get into the details, create structure, align stakeholders, and drive work through completion
- Experience supporting and standardizing compensation, equity, performance, retention, talent management, and employee relations
- Strong manager coaching skills and the ability to raise and reinforce management standards
