## About the role

As the Manager of Patient Engagement at Atlas Oncology Partners, you may be the first voice many patients hear, and you'll set the standard for everyone who follows you. This is a working manager role: roughly 80% hands-on telephonic outreach and 20% team leadership. You will carry your own outreach panel and enrollment targets while coaching a small team, building the playbook, and helping us scale patient engagement across new clinic sites.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Sales, or other relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare experience in care coordination, community health, patient engagement, customer service, or sales
- Prior experience as a team lead, supervisor, or senior/mentor-level individual contributor, formal people management experience preferred
- Proven success in a centralized contact center environment with a high volume of outbound communication preferred
- Comfort carrying a personal call volume and enrollment target alongside leadership responsibilities
- Strong aptitude for documentation, prior experience with a CRM platform is a plus
