## About the role

Atlas has invested in a robust operations data infrastructure, and we're looking for someone who can build on that foundation to accelerate automation and speed-to-insight across our analytics workflows.

## What they're looking for

- · Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related) or equivalent practical experience
- · 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, with strong SQL proficiency and advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- · Experience working with EHR-sourced operational data and call center/IVR data in a healthcare or practice-operations setting
- · Demonstrated ability to combine and QC data from multiple systems and build reliable, maintainable dashboards
- · Ability to understand organizational goals and priorities and translate them into meaningful, trackable metrics
- · Experience automating data and reporting processes using tools such as Power Query, SQL, and generative AI
