## About the role

We are hiring a Founding Engineer to own core product development across our Voice AI stack. This is a high-impact, zero-bureaucracy role where you will work directly with the founders to build the systems that power real-world call centers, compliance pipelines, consent management, and AI agent orchestration.

## What they're looking for

- Design, build, and deploy core systems across our Voice AI platform including agent flows, routing rules, transcription pipelines, compliance logic, and call analytics
- Lead development on our Next.js front-end, FastAPI backend, and Supabase Postgres database
- Architect reliable and high-precision compliance features such as consent checks, quiet-hour enforcement, call ledger events, and audit trails
- Build tools that help customers manage locations, call scripts, commitments, and performance dashboards
- Improve real-time call stability, latency, and failover using our telecom partners, Redis, and event-driven workers
- Own production incidents end-to-end, from root-cause to fix
