## About the role

We’re looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our HR team and help build the talent pipeline that powers Atmosphere’s growth. This is a foundational recruiting role where you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to running initial screens to coordinating a smooth, high-touch process for hiring managers and candidates alike.
