We're looking for a Director, Commerce Partnerships to open commerce media as a new market for Atmosphere. As part of our National Ad Sales team, you'll bring our Video, TV, CTV, and DOOH footprint across 55,000+ venues to commerce and shopper marketing buyers, positioning Atmosphere as an incremental supply source that reaches consumers in the real-world moments closest to purchase. ## What they're looking for

- Evangelize Atmosphere to commerce and shopper marketing buyers as a premium, incremental supply source, positioning in-venue TV as a proximity-to-purchase complement to the onsite and offsite channels they already buy
- Partner with leadership, product, marketing, and insights to define Atmosphere's commerce media go-to-market narrative, value proposition, packaging, and sales materials
- Build a net-new pipeline through self-sourced outreach to brand commerce and shopper marketing teams, agency commerce practices, and holding company commerce units
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, close, launch, renewal, and upsell
- Structure programmatic and direct deals (PMP, PG, and curated) that fit how commerce buyers activate, including through Retail Media Network (RMN) offsite programs and commerce-focused DSPs
- Work directly with RMN partnerships, offsite, and demand teams to establish Atmosphere as an offsite supply partner, so commerce buyers can activate Atmosphere through the retailer ecosystems they already invest in
