## About the role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our founder and Managing Partner, and give him meaningful leverage across everything he touches. The firm moves fast across a large and varied portfolio; this person makes sure the most important things move forward, that nothing critical falls through the cracks, and that the CEO’s time and attention go where they matter most.

- Highly organized . You bring structure to an inherently unstructured job - imposing order on the swirl of priorities, communications, and action items so nothing slips and the people around you can move faster
- Action-oriented . You have a sharp instinct for the few things that matter most at any given moment, and you clear the decks to make them happen and drive them to done
- Genuinely curious and humble . You ask good questions, listen more than you talk, want to understand before you act, and you're simply a good person to be around
- AI-native . You already use modern tools to do the work of a team, and you're relentless about turning them on your own work - automating the routine and continually raising what you're capable of
- Time as an early or senior contributor at a fast-moving startup or high-growth company, with evidence you drove outcomes
