## What they're looking for

- Prior experience recruiting for technical roles
- Deep fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one additional sourcing platform (Juicebox, Metaview, Gem, Findem, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to build sourcing pipelines for a variety of hard-to-fill software and hardware technical roles
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools as a sourcing accelerator (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
- Experience managing candidate relationships with proactive, transparent communication throughout the hiring process
