## What they're looking for

- 4–7 years of product marketing experience, B2B SaaS required, ITSM preferred
- Strong writing skills across technical and business audiences
- Proven experience building sales enablement that gets used
- Comfort with ambiguity and frequent context-switching
- Self-starter who doesn’t need a playbook for everything
