This role is based in our Los Angeles office. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $93,000 - $105,000 per year.

## What they're looking for

- U nderstanding how financial systems connect
- Reconciliation Ownership: Ability to own the reconciliation process end-to-end, identify gaps, and determine the best approach to fix and optimize it
- Technology & Automation: Ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve financial processes
- Python: Experience with Python is a plus, but not required
- ERP Experience: Experience with Protheus (TOTVS) is preferred and with integrating this with Workday, but not required
