This role is based in our New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. The base salary range for this role is $320,000 - $380,000 per year.

## What they're looking for

- CPA required
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a foundation in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and in-house experience at a high-growth technology company
- Proven ability to own the full accounting agenda for a complex business, including close, controls, balance-sheet integrity, reporting, and audit readiness
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with the ability to independently research and resolve complex or judgmental accounting matters
- Experience managing accounting across multiple entities, business lines, or geographies with different operating models
- Strong systems fluency (e.g., NetSuite or a similar ERP), with a track record of driving process automation and efficiency
