## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience, 5–7 years within commercial real estate and F&B construction
- Electrical infrastructure, data center, industrial, logistics, utility-scale energy, and/or aviation development experience
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local aviation and air use regulations
- Ability to own multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
