## About the role

As an Inventory Specialist, you will own inventory accuracy and the system of record across our production facilities. While the warehouse team moves material, you make sure the data matches reality: you design and maintain the bin location system, run the cycle count program, reconcile every discrepancy, and control access to high-value stock. In an operation scaling toward 1,000 vehicles, your work is what keeps the build plan trustworthy and prevents stock-outs before they stop the line.

## What they're looking for

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, or warehouse operations with direct cycle count responsibility
- Strong data discipline: comfortable working in inventory/ERP systems and spreadsheets daily
- Proven ability to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to root cause
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams
