This role is based in our San Francisco office. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $87,000 - $100,000 per year.

## What they're looking for

- 2–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event operations, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership beyond day-to-day scheduling
- Experience managing candidate travel, on-site logistics, or recruiting events strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar recruiting/scheduling platforms
- Excellent judgment and composure when troubleshooting escalations, ambiguous situations, or last-minute changes
- Track record of identifying process gaps and driving improvements independently, not just executing existing workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort representing the company to candidates, vendors, and cross-functional partners
