This role is based in our New York office. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $139,000 - $164,000 per year.

## What they're looking for

- Approximately 4 to 6 years of experience in a highly analytical environment, such as investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, a family office, hedge fund, or management consulting
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and the ability to build clear, accurate, and flexible models from the ground up
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, including the capacity to structure ambiguous questions, identify key drivers, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
- The ability to move fluidly between detailed execution and big-picture thinking, combining exceptional attention to detail with sound business judgment
- A high degree of ownership, independent judgment, and bias toward action, with the ability to form a point of view and drive work forward in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information
- Clear, concise communication and a low-ego, team-first mindset, with a willingness to seek feedback, collaborate generously, and do what is needed to help the team succeed
