This role is based in our San Francisco office. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000 per year.

## What they're looking for

- 7–10 years of structural engineering experience, including design of low-rise, light industrial, or site/civil-adjacent structures
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, ability to obtain additional state licensure/reciprocity as needed
- Demonstrated experience with foundation design and support structures for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure facilities
- Working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and AISC design standards, with exposure to local/state amendments
- Experience preparing permit-ready structural drawings and managing AHJ plan review cycles
- Comfort working across multiple, fast-moving business lines and adapting structural standards to different facility types
