## About the role

The People Operations team at Attain is seeking a Junior Talent Partner to support hiring efforts at our high-growth organization. Your main focus will be to partner closely with the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and internal hiring managers to keep our hiring process running smoothly; from scheduling and candidate communications, to ATS accuracy and interview logistics.

## What they're looking for

- 1+ years of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, HR, or a related administrative / operations role (technology, or SaaS environment a plus, not required) OR relevant internship experience
- Currently using AI tools and creating workflows from scratch
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment, juggling multiple calendars, time-zones, requisitions and priorities at once
- Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse experience a plus), Google Calendar, and Slack
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication
