## About the role

Attentive is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Revenue FP&A team. Revenue FP&A is a high impact finance team responsible for translating Attentive's topline performance into forecasts, insights, and decisions that drive impact. We partner with our GTM, Customer Success, RevOps, and broader Finance teams to help identify and drive growth strategies for the company.

## What they're looking for

- Partner with GTM, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and BI/data teams to identify the core levers of revenue performance and translate analysis into actionable recommendations for Attentive leadership
- Build, maintain, and improve revenue forecast models for usage-based and recurring revenue streams that drive target setting during annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecast cycles
- Uplevel recurring revenue reporting and presentations to highlight needle-movers in key business trends while identifying risks and opportunities for executive audiences
- Create analyses that stress-test assumptions for new product initiatives, GTM motions, customer segments, product/pricing changes, and other strategic decisions
- Distill complex financial and operational data into concise, executive-ready narratives and polished presentations
- Improve repeatable reporting, modeling, and planning workflows using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Snowflake, Looker, Salesforce, Anaplan, and AI-assisted workflows
