Implementation Managers at August are integral to August’s customer experience. Our implementation approach and customer-obsessed culture are critical to our success as a company and brand. As August grows, we’re building product-specific expertise across our team—and we’re looking for a Billing Implementation Manager to lead customers through one of the most operationally critical transitions they’ll make.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role , ideally in Customer Success, Implementation, or a similar function
- Strong financial literacy , with experience in billing, accounting, business office management, revenue cycle management , or another finance-related discipline
- Experience in healthcare or senior living operations is a plus, but not required—we can teach the industry, you bring the financial aptitude
- A customer-obsessed mindset and a track record of helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes
- Excited to build and improve processes , create scalable tools, and bring structure to new products, features, and implementation challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
