## About the role

Serve as an R&D Technician supporting the development of Aurora’s autonomous technology, functioning primarily as a Certified Welder and fabricator in the fabrication shop. Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware Engineering and cross-departmental teams.

- Thoroughly document and archive tooling designs, custom fixtures, and shop processes for future reference
- Recognized industry certifications (e.g., American Welding Society - AWS)
