We’re searching for a Logistics Analyst. This role owns the forward march of data-based logistics initiatives end-to-end — from ambiguous, loosely scoped problems through structured execution and steady-state handoff.

## What they're looking for

- Aurora hires talented people with diverse backgrounds who are ready to help build a transportation ecosystem that will make our roads safer, get crucial goods where they need to go, and make mobility more efficient and accessible for all
- 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations strategy — ideally within autonomous vehicles, robotics, aerospace, or another dynamic, hardware-centric environment
- Demonstrated ability to own an initiative end-to-end (concept → implementation) without relying on pre-existing process infrastructure
- Strong NetSuite proficiency spanning both financial capture/planning/reporting and operational workflows
- Demonstrated composure and sound judgment operating across both lean/informal and enterprise-grade process environments amid continuous change
- Practical coding or "vibe coding" ability (Python, GitHub, AI-assisted dev tools) to stitch together interim solutions across existing systems
