## About the role

Aurora’s Command Center plays a critical role in enabling safe, reliable, and scalable commercial operations. As a Project Manager supporting Command Center Operations, you will independently lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance, introduce new capabilities, and support the continued evolution of Aurora’s commercial operations.

## What they're looking for

- Safety-focused, operationally minded, with the ability to understand interconnected systems and evaluate impacts across safety, engineering, operations, and customer outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and measures of success
- Strong problem-solving and situational judgment, with the ability to create structure in ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and determine when escalation is required
- An understanding of development operations and the ability to relate them to commercial operations
