## About the role

Aurora is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will serve as a subject-matter expert across our AP operations — owning end-to-end invoice processing in NetSuite, leading AI-powered automation initiatives, maintaining rigorous SOX and audit compliance, managing cross-functional projects, and driving swift resolution of complex vendor issues. You will play a critical role in scaling our financial operations as Aurora continues to grow.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Hands-on NetSuite expertise — bill entry, vendor management, saved searches, reporting, and period-close processes
- Direct experience with SOX compliance in an AP environment, including control ownership and audit support
- Demonstrated experience implementing or managing AP automation tools (OCR, workflow automation, AI-assisted processing)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously across cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
