## About the role

Design, deploy, and operate network infrastructure (switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls) across Aurora's offices, third-party manufacturing sites, and Aurora Truck Terminal facilities, owning projects from architecture through implementation. Lead enterprise network security implementations, including 802.1X and ClearPass Policy Manager (or equivalent NAC solutions), network segmentation, and firewall policy design.

- You'll set technical direction for the environments you own, lead complex deployments, resolve the hardest connectivity challenges at scale, and raise the bar for engineers around you
- 8+ years of experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise or campus networks in production environments
- Deep expertise in networking fundamentals and protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, spanning tree, and QoS
- Hands-on experience with enterprise network hardware and platforms (e.g., Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet) at scale
- Proven experience with enterprise wireless design and network access control (802.1X, RADIUS, NAC)
