## About the role

Drive development, documentation, and refinement of software processes, ensuring they are aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and other relevant standards requirements. Plan and execute internal audits across requirements, architecture, and test processes for ASPICE and ISO 26262 conformance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent applicable technical experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or QMS process management
- Demonstrated experience in a safety-critical domain (e.g., automotive, aerospace, robotics, medical devices)
- Strong understanding of Software Quality Management Systems, deep command of ASPICE and working knowledge of ISO 26262-Part 6
- Proven, hands-on experience in conducting process audits and leading structured root cause analysis
