## About the role

Define, maintain, and execute the enterprise-wide IT target-state architecture, technology roadmaps, and modernization strategy across business applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, Data Platforms, Middleware) and infrastructure. Standardize integration patterns, API management, data flows, and security architectures to ensure frictionless interoperability across enterprise systems.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, software development, with at least 6+ years in an enterprise architecture role and enterprise architecture leadership within large-scale enterprise environments
- Proven experience in assessing organizational AI capabilities and leading enterprise-wide transformation
- Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies and frameworks
- Proficiency in data architecture, including data modeling, ETL processes, and database technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, as the position requires working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership and change management skills to drive the adoption of new business processes and systems
