## About the role

This role requires a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and partnership with delivery teams to drive critical initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building frameworks and solutions that are vital for the long-term scaling strategy of the business. Lead the entire feature lifecycle for our mapping system, from designing the architecture to implementing both backend services and the user interface.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development, with a successful history of owning and delivering complex software features from initial design through to deployment
- Deep, full-stack expertise, encompassing both architecting and implementing scalable backend services and developing and deploying complex, modern WebGL-based applications using frameworks such as React or Angular
- Strong UX sensibility and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to advocate for strong user experience opinions and ensure implemented UI matches design specifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a strong sense of product ownership, capable of translating user needs into clearly defined technical solutions
