## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing complex AR operations
- Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Exceptional communication with a customer-focused approach to collections
- High level of independence and self-motivation, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
